Question 1

What is the Velluva Pen?

Accepted Answer

The Velluva Pen is a 3-in-1 cuticle pen. One angled ceramic tip exfoliates dead skin around the cuticle, releases a nourishing jojoba, squalane, and meadowfoam oil into the cuticle and nail, and buffs to a smooth, glossy finish, all in a single glide. No soak, no clippers, no appointment.

Question 2

How do you use it?

Accepted Answer

Twist the base to bring the oil up to the ceramic tip, glide the angled tip gently around each cuticle and along the nail edge, then work in the oil and lightly buff for shine. The first use takes a few twists to prime the tip.

Question 3

Do I need to cut my cuticles?

Accepted Answer

No. Cuticles are a protective barrier you push back and hydrate, not skin you cut. The Velluva Pen softens and lifts dead skin so you can gently push cuticles back without clippers.

Question 4

What is in the oil?

Accepted Answer

A nourishing blend of jojoba, squalane, and meadowfoam oil that conditions the cuticle and nail.

Question 5

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is free worldwide and typically arrives in 5 to 8 business days. VELLUVA ships from Toronto, Canada.

Question 6

What if it does not work for me?

Accepted Answer

Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
