Overview
VELLUVA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a brand operated by Artelta. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit velluva.co or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. When you browse the site, we automatically collect limited technical and usage data such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe’s systems and is never seen or stored by us. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits and card type.
How we use your information
We use your information to process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and keep the store secure; to understand and improve site performance; to send order updates and, where permitted, marketing about our products; and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used, and we may use advertising technologies such as the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the controls offered by Google, Meta, and TikTok.
How we share your information
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store, including our payment processor (Stripe), our order fulfillment and shipping partners, and our analytics and advertising providers, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you and to object to or restrict certain uses. Canadian customers have rights under PIPEDA; customers in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
International transfers
VELLUVA is operated from Canada, and your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to keep your information protected wherever it is processed.
Children’s privacy
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the date above, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
