Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of velluva.co and any purchase you make from us. VELLUVA is a brand operated by Artelta. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The product
The Velluva Pen is a manual cosmetic tool paired with a conditioning oil, intended for the care of cuticles and nails. It is a cosmetic product, not a medical device, and we make no medical claims. Use it only as directed on the product page. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch-test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order, for example in the case of a suspected error, fraud, or stock issue, and refund any amount paid. Your order is confirmed once we send an order or payment confirmation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout where we are registered to collect them. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, even after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund affected orders.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to deliver most orders within 5 to 8 business days; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your destination country. See our Shipping page for details.
Returns and refunds
We stand behind the product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or refund. Full details are on our Returns page.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the VELLUVA name and branding, is owned by VELLUVA / Artelta and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.
Disclaimers
The product and site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The product is a cosmetic tool for external use; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELLUVA and Artelta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, shown by the updated date above, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
